2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on November 17, 2008 and ends on December 12, 2008("Entry Period"). All entries must be received by December 15, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. CST (the "Entry Deadline").

3. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is only open to legal Texas residents 21 years of age or older at time of participation, in the San Antonio metropolitan area, except employees, immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees (whether related or not) of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (“Kraft”), HEB Grocery Company, LP (H-E-B), Spurs Sports & Entertainment, LLC DBA the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates) (“Sponsor”), the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents, and owners (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers.

4. How to Enter. Go to any participating San Antonio Area H-E-B Pharmacy to pick up and complete an entry card or, on a 3”x5” index card, hand print your name, phone number, address, city, state, zip code, and date of birth. All entries must be mailed to Kraft Spurs Road Trip Get-A-Way Sweepstakes, One AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX, 78219 and received by the Entry Deadline. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or mutilated entries. No limit to the number of entries but each entry must be mailed separately.

5. Random Drawing/Odds of Winning. Potential winners will be selected by random drawing in San Antonio, Texas, on or about December 17, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the Entry Deadline. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. If after a reasonable number of attempts (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) contact is not made with winner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Limit of one prize per family, household or address.

6. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Grand Prize (one (1) available) is a trip for winner and three (3) guests to attend a 2008-09 Season Spurs away game of winner’s choice. Winner must select a game to be played in a metropolitan area to which Southwest Airlines flies. Grand Prize includes four (4) roundtrip air transportation tickets from the airport served by Southwest Airlines nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home in Texas to selected destination city, four (4) tickets to the Spurs away game, dinner, travel from airport to hotel, travel to and from hotel to game, and one (1) night hotel accommodations (standard, quadruple occupancy). All travel arrangements/selections and seating location will be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to limitations/changes in availability or scheduling. ARV: $3,000. First Prize (three (3) available) - RV Game Night Experience. Each prize to include four (4) tickets to a Spurs home game (game date and seating location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) transportation in Spurs Experience RV from common destination pre-selected by Sponsor. ARV: $1000. Second Prize (twenty-five (25) available) - Four (4) upper level tickets to a Spurs home game, game date and seating location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $200. No substitution of any prize may be made, and prizes are non-refundable, not subject to exchange, not transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Prize winners will be responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes associated with a prize. Prizes do not include airfare, lodging, transportation, or any other costs associated with claiming or utilizing the prizes awarded, except as specifically included in the prize description.

7. Award of Prizes/Prize Restrictions. Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If any guest is a minor, he or she must travel with a parent or legal guardian, who also counts as a guest. Winner's travel guests (or the guest’s parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor) must also sign and return in a timely manner a liability and publicity release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If a winner is unable to claim a prize within the time frame set out herein, such prize will be forfeited entirely and the winner will forfeit any and all rights to the prize. The Spurs reserve the right to select another entrant, by random drawing, in such instance and award the prize to an alternate entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

8. General Conditions. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, the NBA and NBA Properties, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor, the NBA and NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, attorneys, and agents reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should causes beyond their control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or if Sponsor, the NBA and NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents or otherwise become (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Entrants who violate these Sweepstakes Rules, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes. The San Antonio Spurs, the NBA and NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents reserve the right to exclude persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant releases the Sweepstakes Entities from any liability whatsoever and waives any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity, privacy or defamation, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or any other theory. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name likeness, and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification, unless prohibited by law. All trademarks associated with Southwest Airlines are the property of their respective owners. No participation in or endorsement or approval of sweepstakes by airline is expressed or implied.

9. Limitations of Liability. Neither Sponsor nor any other Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted or damaged entries; (b) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor or NBA Properties, Inc; or (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

10. Winners List/Rules. For a printed copy of the Winners list, available after January 1, 2009, or to obtain a copy of these rules, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to Kraft Spurs Road Trip Get-A-Way Sweepstakes, Spurs Sports & Entertainment, One AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX 78219. Specify whether you want to receive Winners List or Official Rules. Requests must be received by December 31, 2008.
